Acceptance & scope
These terms govern your use of CURA's platform for booking diagnostic tests, home sample collection and visit‑lab bookings. CURA operates as a facilitator connecting users with testing providers and partner laboratories.
Bookings, availability & pricing
- All bookings are subject to provider availability and confirmation.
- Prices and services may vary by location and provider; displayed prices are indicative until confirmed.
- Payment terms, additional fees (e.g., express pickup surcharges) and taxes will be shown at checkout.
Third‑party labs, reports & disclaimer
Some diagnostic tests booked through CURA are performed by independent, accredited partner laboratories. CURA securely transmits only the information necessary to process your sample. While we choose partners who meet accepted standards, CURA does not perform all tests directly.
Important: CURA is not responsible for inaccuracies, delays, errors, or other issues arising from third‑party laboratory reports. By using our service you acknowledge that certain tests may be routed to partner labs and you accept the associated limited liability described in these terms.
Refunds, cancellations & rescheduling
Refunds are handled according to provider cancellation policies and may depend on the test type and processing stage. If a refund is due, CURA will process it following partner/provider rules. Contact support for assistance.
Limitation of liability
Except where prohibited by law, CURA's total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. CURA and its partners exclude liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
User obligations
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking tests (name, contact, sample details).
- Follow sample collection instructions and any pre-test preparation guidance.
- Do not misuse the platform or attempt to access restricted systems or data.
Data, privacy & security

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of appropriate courts in India.
