Third‑party labs & report handling
Some tests are performed by our trusted partner laboratories. We securely transmit only the information necessary for processing the sample to these partner labs. While we select partners carefully and require compliance with data-protection standards, CURA does not directly perform all tests.
You will be informed at the time of booking if a particular test is routed to a partner lab. If you have questions about which lab will process your sample, contact us at curalives@gmail.com.
Important disclaimer
CURA acts as a facilitator for diagnostic testing. While we work with accredited partner laboratories and follow strict quality procedures, CURA is not responsible for any inaccuracies, delays, errors, or issues arising from third-party laboratory reports. By using our service you acknowledge that some tests may be processed outside CURA's own facilities and accept the limited liability described here.
Data security & retention
We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical controls to protect your data. We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide services and as required by law.
Your rights

Limitations of liability
Except where prohibited by law, CURA's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific order that gave rise to the claim.
