Yes. We negotiate directly with our partners to get you the best possible rates, often lower than walk-in prices. Prices shown include partner discounts where available.
Absolutely. We use modern encryption and follow strict privacy protocols to protect your health information. Reports are delivered securely to your account and can be downloaded by you only.
Yes — for most tests we provide home sample pickup.
Typical turnaround is shown on the test page (eg. 24–48 hrs). Exact timing depends on the test type and lab processing time. You'll receive a notification when the report is ready.
We accept UPI. For some corporate or B2B bookings we also support payment on invoice.
Cancellations and refunds depend on the test provider's policy and the booking status. If the booking is cancellable you will see a refund option in Orders. Contact support for issues.
